Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sambungan service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Sambungan provides a communication platform built on the WhatsApp Business API that lets businesses manage customer conversations in one integrated dashboard.
User Accounts
To use our service, you must:
- Register for an account with accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Take responsibility for all activity that happens under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate applicable laws or regulations, including the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies
- Distribute content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorisation
- Interfere with or damage our service
Payment and Billing
Service fees are billed according to the plan you choose. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Message fees charged by Meta for the WhatsApp Business API are separate from Sambungan plan fees. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Sambungan service, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to Sambungan or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sambungan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also close your account at any time from the account settings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
